The following building shall be added:-

3/219 NOS. 18, 20 and 22 GV II

Row of 3 cottages. C17 with C19 alterations and extension. Plastered timber frame, ground storey underbuilt in brick. Plain tile roof with gabled ends, slate clad at rear. Brick gable end stacks with tiled set offs and small axial stacks. 3-room plan with C19 2 storey outshut at rear. 2 storeys. Almost symmetrical 4-window south front. All C20 2-light casements. No 22 (left) has plank door, others are later C20 doors. C19 2- storey outshut at rear has C20 casements and C20 single storey extension. Interior: On ground floor nos 18 and 22 (right and left) have intersecting chamfered ceiling beams with step stops. Centre cottage (No. 20) has chamfered cross beam. No 18 has panelled door corner cupboard. On first floor some timber-framing exposed including tie-beams. Wall plates wall posts and purlins.
