Formerly a house, now a shop. C15 or earlier with later alterations and additions including C18 facade. Timber framed and plastered, brick facade. Red plain tiled roof hipped to left. Left external, right ridge and rear red brick chimney stacks. L plan with wing to rear left, and other rear ranges. 2 storeys and attics. 2 flat headed dormers to right. Central band. 5 window range of small paned vertically sliding sashes, moulded surrounds. Left and 2 right C20 shop windows, central C20 glazed door. 2 circular tie plates below central band. Said to have been originally jettied and to contain crown post roof construction. RCHM 6.
