Bowood estate cottage, c1850, rubble stone with stone slate eaves roof and rear wall stack with 2 octagonal shafts. Tudor style. Single storey and attic with stone mullion windows. One stone shouldered dormer gable with 2-light window. Ground floor 3-light with hoodmould to left, to right a single light and cambered-head door in decorative timber and tile gabled porch. Probably designed by Emily, Lady Shelburne whose design for Nos 22-3 Old Derry Hill (q.v.) is in Bowood estate plans.
