MANSFIELD WOODHOUSE STATION STREET SK 5363 SE (south side) 6/71 No.21 (Leeds Permanent Building Society office) G.V. II Framework knitters' cottages, now offices. Early C19. Restored c.1978. Squared dressed stone with pantile roof. 2 storeys, 4 bays. L-plan. Main north front has central door flanked by large single windows, all C20. Above, 3 large Yorkshire sashes, and to right, a smaller similar sash. Gable ends blank. South front has to left, door. Above, 3 large Yorkshire sashes. Adjoining single bay cottage to south has to east, plank door and to right, a casement. Linked single bay outbuilding to south has a casement to east and west and to north, close boarded door. Included for group value only.
