Cottage. C17 to south with C19 extension to right. Sandstone cladding with some
galleting, brick dressings and tile hung return wall to left. Snecked Bargate
stone extension with brick angle quoins, plain tiled roofs. L-shaped plan with
gable end wing projecting to right. Two storeys with offset rubble stack with
brick dressings. Two diagonal stacks under conical tops to left end. Two
diamond-pane-first floor windows and two ground floor windows to left. One C20
diamond pane casement on each floor of gable end to right. Tile-on-edge corbelled
eaves to gable. One leaded casement on each floor of left hand return wall on
wing. Angled porch in re-entrant of two wings with C20 ribbed door flanked by
single narrow windows.
