Barn. Probably C17. Weatherboarded timber frame on brick plinth. Gable
ended roof clad in corrugated iron sheets. Rectangular 6- bay barn
with later outshuts at front and rear.
Interior:-Wall frame has midrail, diagonal tension braces, studs and
jowled posts. Curved braces to tie beams. Slightly cambered collars
with clasped side purlins. Curved wind braces and common rafters
without ridgeboard. Floor at springing level of tie-beam braces with
simple chamfered cross-beams and joists.
