Farmhouse, now house. C18, with C19 and C20 alterations. Sandstone rubble with ashlar dressings and quoins; concrete-tiled roof.
Two storeys, three bays. Central four-panel door and three-pane overlight; three-light ground-floor and two-light first-floor casements with glazing bars and bullion glass; all openings under label moulds; projecting stone sills. Trefoil window over door in plain stone surround. Eaves raised by one course; curved kneeler at front of right gable. Roof has two ashlar-corniced end chimneys.
