Together with Nos 1 and 3 Rosemary Lane. Small two-storey building of
mid C18 or earlier. Rough rendered with rendered ground floor. Welsh
slate roof. Rosemary Lane elevation has roof of large slates with central
brick stack. Three windows, hung sashes without glazing bars. One plain
C19 shop window and door and two windows with door of six panels, set
back. Newbiggin elevation has taller section to left, one window to each
storey in moulded frame. Two windows to right on first floor of three
lights, sliding sashes with glazing bars. Two sash windows on ground
floor, one with glazing bars and one modern extra window. To left, stone
round-headed doorcase with keystone and semi-circular fanlight.
