House. Early C19. Colourwashed incised stucco to left, colourwashed brick to right with low pitched, hipped roofs. H-shape plan extending away from the street. Two storeys with stacks to left and right of centre rear of the ridge. Two 16-pane glazing bar sash windows to first floor left, one window to first floor right in end of projecting wing. One sash window to ground floor left and one cambered head window on left hand return wall of the wing. Panelled door to right, top four glazed, in panelled reveal and moulded surround with angle paterae. Attached half-columns of Tuscan order with entablature above and dentilled flat hood.
