Keld Farmhouse and attached outbuildings

Farmhouse with cart shed and byre attached. Late C18 with later alteration.
Dressed limestone with rebuilding in red brick in garden wall bond to front
of cart shed; bordered diagonally-tooled quoins; pantile roof; brick stacks.
2-storey, 4-window front to house, with 2-storey, 2-bay front to cartshed to
right ; l½ storey byre at end right. House: end right and centre left C20
half-glazed doors. 2-light, small-pane horizontal sliding sashes at end
left and, paired, between the doors. Similar windows to first floor with
opening over the centre left door blocked. Painted lintels to all openings;
painted sills to all windows. Cartshed: brick piers with painted lintels
over the openings. Two 2-light small-pane horizontal sliding sashes to
first floor. Byre: stable door to left of window opening. Shuttered
pitching window to gable end on street. Coped gables and shaped kneelers.
End left and centre stacks to house.
