GV II
House. Mid C16 with C17 extension to left and late C19 extension to right. Timber framed, exposed on both floors of centre with whitewashed brick infilling, whitewashed brick extensions with tile hung gables to plain tiled roofs. At right angles to lane, H-shaped plan with gabled end wings. Two storeys with inserted stack to left of centre, further stack to end. Three bay centre range with 4 first floor windows and one ground floor casement. Two first floor casements to left gable over leaded ground floor windows. One square pane leaded casement to right hand gable first floor, with square bay window below. Half-glazed door to left and glazed door to left of centre. Pentice extensions to rear. Interior:- substantial framing exposed with chamfered spine beams on ceiling. Chamfered brick fireplace.
