1. WONERSH THE STREET (North Side) TQ 04 NW Park Studio 1/400a (formerly listed as Park Cottage, Phlox 9/3/60 Cottage and Cottage occupied by Bicknell) II G.V.
Cottage. Circa 1790, altered and extended in the mid-late C19. Red-brown brick with some flared headers under plain tiled roofs with painted bargeboards to gables. L shaped plan with further lower additions at right angles to rear. Single storey with tall multiple stacks of star-shaped section under corbelled tops on plinth to right of centre, further small stack to rear. Entrance front: gable end range to left projects with gabled oriel under tiled roof and with decorative lozenge leaded light in mullioned and transomed window. Similarly decoratively leaded single light windows to right, one either side of ribbed, pointed-arched door under gabled hood on rustic wooden supports. Right hand return front: similarly leaded oriel window in gable to left. Left hand return front sash window in gable to left, leaded casement fenestration to left in lower rear extension. Possibly a former lodge to Wonersh Park, and included for group value only.

GV II
Cottage. Late C18. Brown brick with some blue headers on the left hand return front, hipped plain tiled roofs. Two storeys on plinth. Two windows to each floor on street front, cambered heads to those on ground floor. One first floor and two cambered head ground floor windows on the left hand return front. Door to left of centre on left hand return front under flat hood on wrought iron brackets. Stacks to left and right to rear of front range.
