Farmhouse, now house and attached outbuilding, now part of house. Late C18- early C19, altered Cl9 and late C20. Red brick in irregular Flemish bond with Welsh slate roof, former outbuilding of coursed rubblestone with renewed pantile roof. 2 storeys, 3 bays with added wing to rear right; former outbuilding to left of one storey, now with attic, 2 bays. Main house: step up to central door of 6 raised and fielded panels under overlight with decorative glazing bars, all in wooden architrave with Ionic pilasters, frieze and dentil cornice. Windows are 4-pane sashes with flush wood architraves and slightly-cambered, header- brick arches. lst-floor band. Tabled, dentilled eaves. Raised verges with tumbled-in brickwork and tabled end stacks. Former outbuilding: rubblestone front wall with brick quoins to left; c.1980 glazed door under canopy on right; large 16-pane sash to left; c.1980 flat-roofed dormer with small-pane casements; raised verge with tumbled-in brickwork and tabled stack; return of brick with one 12-pane sash.
