House. Largely late C17 - early C18 with earlier origins, C19 and C2U alterations: rear outshut added and all windows and doors renewed c1980. Coursed limestone rubble ground floor and gable ends, with brick first floor (mainly in English Bond) and gables, originally colourwashed throughout. Brick stacks, pantile roof. L-shaped on plan: 3-room front with one-room rear extension. 2 storeys, 5 first floor windows. Entrance with French windows to left of centre; one 12-pane sliding sash to left, 3 to right, with new brick patching around those to right end. Double brick first floor band. Similar first floor windows. All openings under segmental brick arches. Stepped brick eaves, plain wooden eaves board. Stone-coped gables with shaped kneelers. Large C19 axial stack and end stack to left. Right return has higher first floor band cut by sliding sash, and attic sash. interior: largely stripped apart from low beamed ceilings in two rooms to right, and C19 panelled window reveals.
