Farmhouse, now house. Mid C17, with C18 and later alterations. Timber framed. Front elevation channelled render over brick. Plain tile roof. Lobby entry plan of 3 timber-framed bays and stack bay. 2 storeys, on rendered plinth. Hipped roof. Brick ridge stack towards left end. Irregular fenestration of 3 recessed sixteen-pane top-hung casements (formerly sashes), one to left and two to right of stack. Half-glazed door in half-glazed timber-framed porch under stack. Rendered lean-to to left. Red and grey brick lean-to on galleted sandstone base to rear, built up to two storeys, with tile-hung first floor, to left end. Interior: unchamfered axial beam and joists to left ground-floor room. Brick fireplace to same room, with stepped chamfered back, flint base panel, chamfered four-centred-arched bressumer, and large bread oven. Right fireplace red brick in English bond, with niches, seats, and stone sides. Chamfered axial beam and joists to central and right end rooms. Stud partition between the rooms. Small elliptical C18 brick fireplace to rear wall of right end room. Chamfered axial beams to first-floor rooms, and blocked fireplace. C18 doors of two fielded and beaded panels. Broad first-floor floorboards. Pamment floor to left ground-floor room. Top-hung front elevation casements not compatible. Marked on OS map as Paddlesworth Court Farm.
