ASHOVER TINKLEY LANE SK36SE 1264-0/8/74 (West side (off)) Outbuilding north of Knuttingfields Farmhouse II Farm outbuilding, formerly house. C17, with C18 and C20 alterations and additions. Coursed squared gritstone, with ashlar dressings, quoins, coped gables with plain kneelers, and a corrugated sheeting roof. North elevation of 2 storeys and 3 bays, with 3 ground-floor window openings, 2 of C17 date, one a single-light opening, the other a 2-light recessed chamfered mullioned window, both with moulded surrounds beneath drip moulds. Remaining opening at west end with plain surround on C17 sill. West gable end with 3 single-light openings with moulded surrounds beneath hood moulds. Square opening without frame to gable apex.
