Toll house, now house. Late C18. Roughly dressed stone with graduated stone slate roof. 2 bays by one room deep with C19 addition at right, large C20 additions at rear and 2 storeys throughout. Projecting plinth and stone quoins. 2 windows to each floor with square-cut surrounds only one retaining the original sash and one blocked. C19 addition has 2 door openings and 2 casement windows. Left gable is canted and has one window on the ground floor and 2 on the first with square-cut surrounds; door with a stone lintel and rusticated surround and a stone band at eaves level. Rear obscured by extensions.
