Castle Hill Farmhouse
II
Farmhouse, now house. C17. Box-framed with stone plinth,
graduated stone slate roof and brick stack. 1 x 2 structual
bays with a small wing to rear all of 2 storeys. Lean-to
porch to left and brick extension to right. The plinth has
a C20 stone facing and the square panel framing with
diagonal braces has been planted with boards to a similar
pattern. Each elevation has replacement C20 casement
windows. 2 ovolo-moulded and carved beams remain inside.
