Cottage. Early or mid C19. Solid walls, probably of stone, covered with roughcast except for the front, which is slate-hung. Slated roof, steeply pitched. Projec- ting chimneystack, with offsets, in each gable-wall. Symmetrical, double-depth plan, the rear section covered with a catslide roof. 2 storeys. Front 2 windows wide. All windows have 2-light wood casements, 6 panes per light in the ground storey. 4 panes per light in upper storey. Plank door in centre with roughcast, solid-walled porch having a slated pitched roof. Side-wall to road has a single metal-framed window of C20. Interior not inspected.
