Cottage and attached cartshed and coach house. c1845, with C20 alterations. Dressed sandstone with ashlar dressings, stone slate roofs, coped pedimented gables and 2 stone stacks. First floor band and moulded ashlar eaves. 2 storey. East front 3 windows with slightly projecting central bay topped by pediment. Central doorway with 6-panel door and overlight flanked by single plain sashes. Above 3 similar plain sashes the central one narrower. To right single storey wing behind high ashlar wall. To left attached single storey former cartshed with single cast iron column and later brick infill plus 2-light window and double carriage doors. Beyond former coach house with broad pedimented front and single segment arched doorway with double plank doors. These buildings form part of the estate yard to Nostell Priory laid out for Charles W Winn (1795-1874).
