C19 probably. Two storey, old tiled gabled roof. Brick dentil eaves cornice; red brick front; projecting plinth. Roughly nine bays. From left to right hand end; small segmental headed two-light windows, upper one with small panes, in bay one; in bay two, ledged doors above and below; in bay three modern casement above and below to the right hand, doorway coverted to a window; in bay four, wooden boarded door in frame; bay five modern casement above and sedgemental headed doorway into the window below; below, in bays seven, eight, nine modern casement, ledged door and blocked small segmental headed opening.
Formerly probably part of the sailcloth, wagoon and rich cloth and hop bag factory; now in use as a show room.
Warehouse occupied by Wood and Harvey forms a group with Nos. 1 and 2 Timber Close Path. Nos 5 to 10 (consec) Factory Yard, Nos 98 and 98A West Street, Warehouse behind Nos 98A West Street (in Timber Close Path).
