Warehouse. 1868. By G. F. Lister. Brick with stone
dressings. 6 storeys, 18 x 5 bays, originally extended
further to east. Rock-faced stone base and quoins, 1st floor
sill course and top corbelled parapet. Windows have
projecting brick segmental lintels with key and impost
stones, most now bricked-up. 1st bay has one-stage turret
with pavilion roof and bridge connecting with corresponding
turret on warehouse to south of Grain Warehouse Dock (q.v.).
5th, 11th and 15th bays are loading bays, which break
forward. C20 projecting tower to south facade. Granite Dock
wall partially obscured by infill.
