2 cottages. C18. Plastered cob on rubble footings; cob or rubble stacks, one topped with C20 brick; thatched roof. Pair of adjoining 2 room cottages facing south with end stacks. 2 storeys. Regular 4 window front. Door to right cottage at right end, central door to left cottage. Windows are mostly late C19 and C20 casements including two 2-light windows with late C19 pattern of glazing bars (ground floor left end and first floor right of centre). Single probably C18 3 light window at left end on first floor comprising 3 lights with slender mullions and small rectangular panes of leaded glass, the outer, fixed lights with 18 panes and the central opening casement with 10 panes. Stacks projecting from each end, that to left (west) is disused with no chimney shaft. Roof is hipped each end. Originally cottages thought to have paired central doors. Plain carpentry detail inside including plain chamfered beams, crossbeams in outer rooms, axial in middle rooms.
