Mid-late C19 picturesque cottage in the style of George Devey. 2 storeys and attic. 1 window on front in projecting gabled section with fancy bargeboards, half timbering and overhanging 1st floor on brackets. Very steep tiled roofs. Stone stack, projecting at right has linked diagonal brick shafts. Coursed stone ground floor with odd bricks; stone mullioned window. 4-centred head to door with fancy iron hinges; screen wall at left has door with flattened Tudor arch.
