SANDSIDE 1. 1605 Nos 21 and 23 TA 0488 4/82 22.12.53.

II GV

2. Nos 21 and 23 form one block with No 22 set back to west side of No 21. Late C18, considerably altered. 3 storeys and attic, stucco faced, bands between storeys and broad cornice, parapet - that of No 23 modern brick. Pantile roofs. West front of No 21 3 windows, early C19 sashes glazing bars intact and small canted wood bay and shop front on ground floor - central door of 4 flush panels in architrave case with cornice on console brackets. Return front of one window each floor all altered. No 23 has 3 windows to south front, one original sash to left on upper floors, the others replaced by modern bow windows. Ground floor modern shop fronts returned to east front where, they replace pilastered ground floor windows. Listed for group value.

Nos 21 to 26 (consec) form a group.
