WENTWORTH TERRACE (south side)

Pair of town houses. c.1800, addition c.1900. Red brick with painted stone dressings and slate roof. Three stacks. Three storey, four bays. Ground floor has projecting addition c.1900, with central doorway with part glazed door with fanlight, in segmental headed opening with keystone, flanked by Doric pilasters. Either side single tripartite sashes with upper glazing bars, and segmental heads, this addition is topped by a moulded cornice with a central swan-neck pediment. Set back to the right another similar doorway with part glazed door with fanlight, flanked by Doric pilasters. Above four plain sashes, and above again four smaller plain sashes.
