II
Farmhouse, late C18 or early C19, red brick with Bridgwater tile half-hipped roofs and ridge stack on cross-wing. Two storeys, L- plan. Raised brick eaves. Front has cross-wing gable to left with triple casement each floor, both with gauged brick heads and flush keystones. Three-window range to right of triple casements and centre 6-panel door. Ground floor left window has cambered head, right window has gauged brick head with ashlar flush keystone. Casements are all renewed. South end wall has upper casement pair in former loading door. Cross-wing has blank north wall. Interior: chamfered beam and timber-lintel fireplace in cross- wing. Formerly known as Lower Durlett Farmhouse.
