Farmhouse, now house. Late C16-early C17, much altered as three cottages in C18, extended in mid C20. Plastered rubble with sections of cob; rubble stacks topped with C19 brick; thatched roof. 3-room main block facing east with forward projecting gable-ended block each end. Lateral stack in centre of main block projecting to front and rear gable-end stack to right (north) cross wing. Left (south) cross wing added in mid C20. 2 storeys. 2-window front to main block of C20 casements, one either side of stack with oven projection. First floor half dormers with thatched gables over, left larger than right. Door to right with C20 gabled porch in right end section of wall recessed from main front. Right gable end of crosswing has tall narrow C20 window. Rear elevation includes a tiny C18 2- light stair window with small rectangular leaded panes to left of stack of north cross-wing, and to right of main block a tiny C19 stairlight. Interior is largely result of C18 alterations and main block has plain carpentry detail. Northern crosswing has late C16-early C17 fabric including a chamfered and step-stopped crossbeam, massive stone stack with side oven and winder stair to right, and common rafter roof between gable ends.
