Garden house and boundary walls. Adjoining potting sheds. c.1798, mid C19 and late C19. Brick and coursed rubble with pantile, Roman tile and slate roofs. Brick plinth, parapet, ramped copings. 2 side wall and single gable stacks. 2 storeys, 2 bays. House has to west, central panelled door with fanlight, flanked by single round headed glazing bar sashes. Above, 2 similar sashes. Parapet has a coped square stack at each end. North side has large late C20 2 storey addition. All C20 fenestration. Adjoining heated garden walls, rectangular plan, have blocked fire holes. South wall has to left C20 doorway and larger central doorway, both with segmental heads. West wall has, to right, doorway with segmental head and elaborate early C19 wrought iron gate. North wall has doorway with segmental head and lean-to greenhouse. North side has lean-to potting sheds with Yorkshire sashes with segmental heads. 10 bays. Adjoining lower curved wall to north west has slab coping. Approx. 70M long.
