The description shall be amended to read:-

Manor house and later service wing. Early C18 with early C19 alterations and
additions. Restored 1989. Red brick with stone blue brick diaperwork.
Graduated slate roofs, with ashlar coped gables and kneelers. 2 valley stacks
and a lateral stack. Double range plan. 2 storey plus garrets. 4 plus 4
bays. House has glazing bar sashes, service wing mainly Yorkshire sashes. West
front has to left, service wing with 2-storey single bay addition to left with
door and above 4 windows, linking wall masks. C20 glazed doorway. Beyond,
house west front has off-centre C20 wooden doorcase with 6-panel door and over-
light. To the left a sash and beyond a narrow sash, to the right 2 sashes.
Above 4 sashes. South, double gable front has 2 sashes on ground floor, and 2
Yorkshire sashes in garrets. Garden front has recessed central doorway with
part glazed door and a small sash to the right and a large sash to the left.
Above a central large sash flanked by single smaller sashes. Interior has fine
early C18 single flight return staircase with 2 turned balusters per tread and
ramped dado panelling at sides, plus stone flagged floor. A single ground floor
room with complete early C18 fielded panelling, including window shutters, doors
and fireplace. A similar complete panelled room on floor above. Kitchen has
chamfered beams as does upper bedroom. Most rooms have their original doors
with locks. Most bedrooms have fine late C18 grates.

rendered. Double gabled slate and pantile roofs. Ashlar
dressings. Ashlar plinth. C19 wood and dentillated eaves.
Coped gables with kneelers. Single ridge, side wall and gable
stacks, 2 valley stacks. 2 storeys plus garrets, 4 plus 4 bays.
Double depth. L-plan. House has mainly glazing bar sashes.
Service wing has mainly Yorkshire sashes. West front has to
left, service wing with 2 storey single bay addition to left,
with door. Above, 2 metal casements. To right, 2 Yorkshire
sashes. To right, adjoining outbuilding. Beyond, house west
front has. off-centre rendered doorcase. To its left, a sash,
and beyond, late C19 sash. To its right, 2 sashes. Above, 4
sashes. South gable end has 2 sashes. Above, 2 barred Yorkshire
sashes to garrets. Garden front has recessed central C19 half-
glazed door flanked by single sashes. To right, lean-to
outbuilding and courtyard wall with segmental headed doorway. To
its right, C20 casement. Above, to left, 3 sashes, the central
one lower and larger. To right, a metal casement. Courtyard
contains 2 single storey lean-to outbuildings. North side has
mainly C20 fenestration.
