House. Circa early C18, possibly with earlier fzicic inside, extended in circa late C18; altered and extended in C20. English bond red brick; Flemish bond brick front wall and extension to rear wing. Plain tile roof with gabled ends and brick dentil eaves. Brick axial and lateral stacks. T-shape plan f;ront (south) range of 2-room plan with central entrance in front of axial stack and central rear wing extended in circa late C18 and again in C20. 2-storeys and attic. 3-window south front symmetrical but windows disposed to right. Brick plat band at first floor level. 6-pane sashes with exposed boxes, ground floor with cambered brick arches, centre first floor narrower 12-pane sash. Central doorway with moulded eared architrave open pediment and C20 glazed door. Plat band continues around ends and rear wing. Attic window and sash in west gable end. Various sashes and casements with glazing bars in rear wing which has large C20 open porch in north east angle and C20 single storey extension at north end. Interior not inspected. Note: Formerly known as the Red House.
