C18. Rectangular block (including eastern extension) which has on the north 2-storeyed front an upper door with a window on each side at 2 levels. Restoration has produced a high mansard red tiled roof. Walling is red brick in English bond, with cambered openings (some blocked) and plinth. 2 races with outlets on the north side beyond a roadway with brick parapet wall. Within, old timbers have been re-used to form a gallery. One of the original 6 wheels is retained, with cast iron frame.
