House. Early to mid C19. White brick; fully hipped slate roof with a wide plain eaves soffit. EXTERIOR: 3 storeys and cellar. 3 window range: 12-pane sashes to the ground and 1st storeys and 9-pane to the 2nd storey, all in plain reveals with flat gauged arches; one window on each of the upper storeys is blocked. A 6-panel door on the left of the front has a semicircular fanlight and a plain semicircular brick surround with stone impost blocks. A large internal chimney-stack with a plain shaft. A cast-iron foot-scraper by the entrance door. INTERIOR: not inspected.
