A pair of houses. Mid C19. White brick; slate roof with a wide plain eaves soffit. EXTERIOR: 2 storeys and cellar. 4 window range: No.19 has one window blocked on the 1st storey and one 12-pane sash. A wider 20-pane sash on the ground storey. No.21 has one window blocked on the 1st storey and the other a sash with a single vertical glazing bar. A wider 16-pane sash to the ground storey. All the windows have flat gauged arches and plain reveals. A raised brick band runs between the storeys. 2 doorways with semicircular fanlights in plain arched brick surrounds. A foot scraper beside each door. INTERIOR: not inspected.
