Farmhouse, now club. Probably earlier C17; remodelled in C19, with additions; and altered internally in C20. Sandstone random rubble with quoins (and all painted white), stone slate roof. Probably formerly a 3-bay baffle-entry plan; with a projecting porch, and additions to the rear. 2 storeys, 1:1:2 windows. The wide full-height gabled porch, offset to the left, has a very wide C19 Tudor-arched doorway with a moulded surround, and at 1st floor a recessed 2-light mullioned window with cavetto mullion, arched lights with hollow spandrels and a hood-mould, and gable coping with kneelers. Otherwise, both floors have 3-light mullioned windows with cavetto mullions and hood-moulds, those at ground floor with tall arched lights and hollow spandrels and those above with square-headed lights. Gable copings with kneelers, and tall gable chimneys. The left gable wall has a tall cross-window to the staircase, and a projecting addition with a 4-light window on each floor of its gable wall. The right-hand return wall has a blocked doorway to the main range and a small one-light window above this. Added rear range has similar mullioned windows, a blocked doorway and a small back extension. INTERIOR radically remodelled (partition walls removed).
