House- Dated 1785. Red brick in Flemish garden wall bond and with brick dentil eaves cornice.
Clay plain tile roof with brick parapeted gable ends. Integral gable-end stacks of brick. PLAN: Single-depth plan with room on either side of central entrance, and service wing off-centre at rear.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys and attic. Symmetrical 3-bay front. Original 3-light wooden mullion-transom windows with cambered arches, iron casements and leaded panes and horizontal glazing bars. Central doorway with 6-panel door and canopy; under eaves at centre a small tablet inscribed J and M Bradney 1785'. Attic windows in end gables. Right-hand gable end, left windows blind, 12-pane sashes on right With C18 casement in attic above with leaded panes. Rear: Small C18 casement to right of centre; lower service wing to right of centre with casement windows and later timber lean-to outbuilding in angle on left.
