1. 1291A GRASMERE Dockray Cottage NY 3307 18/67 II 2. C17. White-washed stone rubble, flag roof, 2 low storeys. Low gabled porch with inner slate benches. 3 small-paned horizontal sliding sash windows on ground floor and 3 small modern casement windows above. Low single-storeyed extension to right with a modern casement. Slate dripstone over whole ground floor. Left hand end chimney partly projects on rough-hewn brackets. Left hand wall is of dry slate technique. Low rear wing with new round chimney.
