2 terraced houses. Late C18, altered. Multi-coloured stock
brick and rusticated stucco ground floor. 4 storeys and
basements. No.22, 2 windows; No.24, 2 windows and 2-window
return to Warren Street with 1-window splayed corner
treatment. Round-arched doorways with pilaster-jambs,
cornice-heads, fanlights and panelled doors. Gauged brick flat
arches to recessed windows, mostly with C20 glazing (1 blind
window in each top storey). Ground floor windows of No.24
altered. 1st floor window of No.24 with cast-iron balconies.
Parapet. INTERIORS: not inspected. SUBSIDIARY FEATURES:
attached cast-iron railings with urn finials and tasselled
spearhead finials.
