C17. White-washed stone rubble, flag roof with squat chimneys, two low storeys. Gabled open porch of low proportions with inner slate bench. Two windows on each floor irregularly spaced (one 15-paned, one C19 sash, two casements). Crude slate dripstone over ground floor windows (a third window now blocked). House consists of two parallel blocks, the rear one smaller and made of unmortared cobbles and slates. Barn to south-east stone rubble, no mortar, two rows of slit openings. Barn and shippon to north-east, larger, stone rubble and slate, no mortar, with slate roof, simple rectangular plan. Omit small barn farther south.
