Estate cottages. Circa 1905. Coursed limestone with freestone dressings. Stone tile roof with stone coped gables. Stone axial stacks with moulded cornices.
PLAN: Range of three estate workers cottages, with outhouses at back, in Tudor style.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys. Symmetrical 4-bay north front, the first floor windows in small gables. Ovolo-moulded stone mullion windows with leaded pane casements. Ground floor 4-light windows with hoodmoulds continuing over moulded Tudor arch doorways with plank doors. At rear [S] 2 and 3-light stone mullion windows, the first floor breaking eaves.
Including two ranges of single-storey stone outhouses at rear, with stone tile roofs.
INTERIOR of No.3 retains original joinery.
