Villa. c1810. Stucco over brick with double-pitch slate roof, right rear stack and end stacks to main range; wrought- and iron verandah, porch and balcony. EXTERIOR: 2 storeys on basement at right of main range, 3 first-floor windows and tall single-storey 2-bay extension to right and 1 + 5 window return extension. Windows, main range, first floor has 8/8 sashes with margin-lights with coloured glass; ground floor has two C20 tall French windows with glazing bars, that to right in breakforward; extension has tall 4/4 sashes. All in plain reveals and with sills. Central entrance to main range: 3 steps to C20 glazed, double doors. Cornice and blocking course with copings to main range. rear range has 8/8 and 6/6 sashes. INTERIOR: noted as retaining original joinery and plasterwork including 2 doorways in hall with reeded architraves and corner blocks; panelled shutters to windows; staircase with wreathed handrail. SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: ground floor has verandah to left with scrolls to uprights and frieze which continues as porch; first floor has central balcony with scrolled double heart motif.
