Terrace of 3 houses. c1820-34, shown on Merrett's Map of 1834, but not on the Post Office Map of 1820. Stucco over brick (render to left) with concealed roof, stucco over brick party-wall stacks and iron railings. EXTERIOR: 3 storeys on basement, 9 first-floor windows (3 per house). First- and second-floor bands. 6/6 sashes where original, second floor has 3/3 sashes where original, central opening to centre and right houses are blind; basement has 6/6 and 8/8 sashes. Entrances at right: 6-fielded and -lozenge panel doors with fanlights. Crowning frieze and cornice to central house, continuous low parapet and copings. INTERIOR: not inspected. SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: spearhead forecourt railings with urn finial; stick and X-motif balustrade.
