Terrace of 4 houses with attached front garden walls. Late C18-early C19, altered. Coursed tooled sandstone with ashlar dressings; Welsh slate roof. EXTERIOR: 3 storeys, one window to each house on each floor. In handed pairs with small front gardens enclosed by stone walling. Large quoins; raised ashlar surrounds with projecting window sills; various C20 doors and casements apart from Bryn Cottage which has 8/8 sashes to ground and first floors and 4/8 sash to second floor. Jasmine Cottage and Green Lea have paired doorways: C20 felted wooden canopy to Jasmine Cottage on left; solid 6-panel door to Green Lea. Bryn Cottage and Claverley House also form a pair: C20 canted-bay window to ground floor of Claverley House on right. Ashlar end stack to left; brick stack forward of ridge near centre; brick end stack on right. Front walls of dressed stone with flat ashlar copings and divisions between each frontage; round-headed gate piers. INTERIOR: not inspected. Garden walls included for group value.
