Houses now various commercial premises. Probably early C18, altered. Coursed sandstone with ashlar dressings, Welsh slate roof. EXTERIOR: 2 storeys, 3-window range. Large quoins and angled wall on left. 2 doorways near centre have timber lintels and oak beam in walling above: left door part-glazed, right door boarded and giving access to rear. Bay 1: 8/8 horizontally-sliding sashes with projecting stone sills and painted surrounds. Bay 3: late C18-style bow window with part-glazed door flanked by 24-pane casements; window as bay 1 above. Central oculus with glazing bars and ashlar surround which rests on band set below mid-height of first-floor windows. Brick end stacks. INTERIOR: not inspected.
