House, now hall of residence. c1830, with late C19 addition. Stucco, with hipped slate roof. Plinth, rusticated ground floor, first floor band, eaves cornice and blocking course. 2 storeys; 3 x 3 windows. Windows are mainly original glazing bar sashes in moulded surrounds. Ground floor windows have cornices. East front has to right a canted bay window, flanked to left by 2 sashes. Above, 3 sashes. To right, set back service range with panelled door under a flat hood. South front has 3 tall sashes to the ground floor, and 3 smaller sashes above. West front has to right a bow window, 3 sashes, and attached to it a billiard room, late C19, single storey, with hipped roof and 3 windows. Above, 3 sashes.
