Farmhouse, now public house, and attached garden wall. c1800, with early C19 addition, and alterations c1991. Brick, painted, with pantile roofs with longer rear slope. 2 gable and, single side wall and single axial stacks. 3 storeys; 3/1 windows. Windows are mainly original wooden framed cross casements with segmental heads. Wooden framed lean-to porch, late C20, flanked by single 3-light windows. Above, a 2-light window flanked by a 3-light window to left and 2 similar windows to right. Above again, four 2-light casements. At the rear, 2 original windows. INTERIOR retains original span beams and joists, and C19 glazed screen. Outside, attached to the left front, a garden wall, c1800, Bulwell stone with ramped rounded coping and wooden gateway. Approx 20m long.
