Town house, now offices. Mid C18. Red brick with ashlar dressings. Slate roof behind renewed brick parapet, with 2 brick gable stacks. Plinth, rusticated quoins forming pilasters, first and second floor bands, sill bands to the lower floors. Dentillated eaves cornice. 3 storeys plus basement; 4 window range of 12-pane sashes. Above, four 9-pane sashes. Off-centre door in the form of a Venetian window with 6-panel door and cast-iron overlight, flanked to left by two 12-pane sashes. All the windows have shaped lintels with keystones. To right, a C20 passage entrance and door. 2 square basement openings. Gabled and hipped rear wings with segment-headed glazing bar sashes. INTERIOR has associated rock-cut cellars, partly filled.
