House, now offices. Early C18. Red brick. Concrete tiles to roof. EXTERIOR: 3 storeys; 5-window range. The central bay is a shallow full-height segmental bow with a 3-light window to each of the first and second floors. Ground floor of bow has 4 Tuscan order columns without an architrave forming a covered porch. Behind is a double-leaf 8-panelled door flanked by a window right and left under segmental gauged skewback arches. Main facade with one window either side to ground floor, also with segmental gauged skewbacks and 2 windows to each floor above right and left of the bow with flat gauged skewback arches. All windows are late C20 top-hung casements with glazing bars. Mutulated eaves cornice. Gabled roof with an internal gable-end stack to south. South gable and rear elevation rendered. In front of facade are square-section area railings. INTERIOR: altered entrance lobby and office reception area. Stick-baluster staircase with ramped and wreathed handrail rises to attic in an open well with an oval lantern at the top. Front first-floor room with plaster cornice in the bow decorated with grapes.
