GV II
House, now offices. Late C18. Red brick. Pantile roofs. EXTERIOR: 3 storeys; 2-window range, the right-hand window being a wide segmental bow. The brickwork of the bow is in header bond, remainder Flemish bond. Ground floor of bow lit through three 2/2 late C19 unhorned sashes. Upper 2 floors each with three 8/8 curved sashes without horns. Late C20 door in left bay behind a late C18 doorcase composed of a pair of engaged fluted columns with acanthus capitals supporting block entablatures and an open pediment. The door has panelled reveals and a plain fanlight (no glazing bars). 2 short stretches of late C18 iron railings of square-section verticals with obelisk finials terminate with circular standards on concrete plinths. Swept top rail. First and second floors above door each with an 8/8 unhorned sash under gauged skewback arches. Modillion and dentil eaves cornice. Roof in 2 pantiled ranges, each with an internal gable-end stack to north. Front range gabled, rear range Mansard. INTERIOR: ground floor much altered. Stick-baluster staircase with turned newels. First-floor doors have reeded surrounds.
