GV II

Pair of town houses, now shop, offices and tailor's shop. c.1800; altered. Brown brick, slate roof. Double-depth plan, each house single-fronted. Three storeys over basements, 2+2 windows; doorway to the right (that to No.15 altered); No.13 has segmental-headed sashed windows, and intact basement with basement area railings and steps down. No.15 (lower half painted white) has sashed windows with wedge lintels (those at top floor damaged). Gable chimney to left, ridge chimney at junction. Rare survival of domestic building of this period close to city centre. Forms group with No.19 to the right (q.v.) and Nos 69 to 75 Back Piccadilly to the rear (q.v.).
